'Haze' to Grace Sony PS3 Only!

Fans of the upcoming sci-fi first person shooter (FPS) 'Haze' aren't going to be too happy about this one... Game developer, Ubisoft, has announced plans to release 'Haze' as an exclusive title for Sony's PlayStation 3 (PS3) gaming console only.A war-based game, the basic plot of 'Haze' hinges on the future where the biggest force aka Mantel Global Industries -- with a private militia under it's control -- has taken over everything. Set in the year 2048, the game sees Mantel fighting against a group of South American rebels called The Promise Hand. Previously, 'Haze' was slated for a multi-platform release on the PS3, Xbox 360, and PC. The company now says the PC and Xbox 360 version of the game are not as yet confirmed. Meanwhile, the company has hinted that it is open to future partnerships to develop the game for other platforms. But for now, it's 'Haze' only for the PS3, expected sometime in November this year. Other gaming platforms can wait...
