Wrecking Crew, Lunar Pool and Neutopia Hitting European VC

Nintendo has brought Mario back on the Virtual Console! European Wii gamers are in for a big treat as Wrecking Crew, Lunar Pool and Neutopia will be available on the European Virtual Console.

Wrecking Crew (500 Wii Points) was first released on the Nintendo Entertainment System in 1987. The game sees Mario take on the exceptional role of demolition engineer. Gamers must make out the most efficient route through the many enemy infested levels before destroying all the structures. The Wii version will have a level editor allowing players to save and play their own creations along with support for two players.
The next game is Lunar Pool (500 Wii Points), which debuted in 1991 on the NES. It basically reinvents the classic game of pool by giving it a peculiar and futuristic flair. Gamers have to simply hit the cue ball with the cue and get as many of the other balls into the pockets as possible. The game has interchangeable features including different ball arrangements, multi-player and a changeable degree of friction on the table
The third game is Neutopia (600 Wii points), which was originally released on the Turbografx in 1990. The action role playing game follows a young boy who goes on an epic adventure to free an imprisoned princess. He also has to recover medallions stolen by an evil Demon. Gamers must travel across land, sea and sky, solving puzzles and navigating through mazes as they pursue for hidden treasure and powerful equipment to assist them in their mission.
Neutopia was already released on the American VC earlier this week. Wrecking Crew, Lunar Pool and Neutopia now joins the list of 125 classic titles already available for the European Virtual Console.
